Collaborative EartH Walks with Celia Johnson

A Week @ The Sidney Nolan Trust - 6-11 August 2018

Inviting artists to join her in walking the site of the Sidney Nolan Trust to explore and collaboratively respond to its unique environment, Celia Johnson has planned this week of walks informed by the Trust’s EartH programme and her own place and walking based practice.

Celia Johnson: A Kind of Balancing Act, Found objects, 2018

Engaging experimentally with the landscape, the collaborations will consider the experience of walking at The Rodd and the relationships between place, person and identity.  Informed by the practice of each individual artist, there will be a different collaboration each day. We plan to host an online exhibition of work made over the week - watch this space. Follow our blog and social media platforms for news and insights.
