Friends of Rodd Wood

The Friends of Rodd Wood is a new, informal group of people who come together to explore, learn about, care for and enjoy this ancient semi-natural woodland and its wildlife. We have been awarded a grant from The Big Lottery Community Wildlife Fund (as launched on BBC Springwatch last year). Our aims are: to extend facilities for visitors; to carry out a programme of woodland management; to run activity days offering learning opportunities. Please make sure that we have your contact details so that we can keep in touch and if you have any ideas or suggestions please let us know.
