Volunteer with Us

There are always interesting projects happening at The Rodd where we appreciate your help. From bringing Rodd Court to life to taking part in our events; volunteering your time with us can be rewarding and fun.

You do not need any specific experience or qualifications; you just need a willingness to get involved and try something new. Training is provided and we work closely with our volunteers to ensure they enjoy being part of the team. We welcome any time that can be given.

To join us as a volunteer, please email info@sidneynolantrust.org

  • Gallery Steward

As a Gallery Steward, you will be joining a dedicated team that brings the work in our gallery to life. You will help visitors learn about the works of Sir Sidney Nolan and share stories of his life here at The Rodd. As the first place that all our visitors see, we like to make sure they are greeted with a smile and are made to feel welcome. So, if you're a warm and engaging individual then our Gallery Steward team would be the ideal place for you.

  • Gardening volunteer

Do you have a passion for gardening? Why not join our gardening team? Currently, our gardens may seem wild and unkempt as we are in the process of creating a vision for what they could look like in the future. Gardening expertise is welcome but not essential. We are looking for any volunteers willing to help us bring this vision to life.
